📜 Background

Quality Score is a global performance-based digital marketing agency that specializes in pay-per-click advertising. Founded in 2012, the company builds, manages, and optimizes large-budget search, display, and paid social marketing campaigns. 

At the beginning of 2022, the company was facing challenges of fast growth and the urgent need to bring on board new talents to support it. Quality Score’s hiring team was looking for a partner who could help them rise to the challenge. 

💻 Project Description

In the beginning, InspHire provided Quality Score with a personal manager, Karen Tomigas, who worked 25% of the time, which in a few months became a full-time position.

For the 6-month period, InspHire hired 14 people for Quality Score, including PPC, marketing, tech (full-stack and frontend developers), creative, and designer positions. 

As part of the project, InspHire is responsible for several key tasks throughout the recruitment process at Quality Score, including:

● sourcing candidates;

● screening CVs and portfolios;

● managing all communication with candidates (such as making arrangements, following up, providing feedback, and sending tasks);

● conducting phone interviews.

By taking on these responsibilities, InspHire was able to become a partner for all Quality Score recruitment needs.
